We offer a variety of programs in music education, composition, conducting, performance, sound recording technology and music theory to suit your interests and help you pursue all your musical ambitions.
We have excellent ensembles, including bands, choirs, orchestra, commercial and popular music ensembles, jazz ensembles and many exciting chamber music opportunities. In addition to these groups, our events calendar regularly features faculty recitals, guest artist recitals, guest lecturers and more.
Many of our faculty members are internationally recognized experts, regularly performing and presenting around the world. Additionally, our graduates enjoy successful careers as teachers, performing artists, recording engineers, composers and music practitioners across Texas and beyond.
